We started out with Mochi Dolci in the front of the space. Mochi Dolci is an enchanting space that services mochi donuts and bubble tea.

The space was once the home of a movie producer and restaurant was their living room! The first commercial enterprise was believed to be a pottery store, then a famous Italian restaurant called 222. Later it was occupied by FishTag and then Kefi, a popular Greek restaurant. The backroom of Mochi Dolci became a beloved speakeasy that one must enter through a secret door in the telephone booth. Since being awarded a liquor license in January 2023, 222 got a character of its own and now has its own website, menu and culture club.
